Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel pending orders by phoning Cave Creek Mercantile at 480-488-8246, during regular business hours. We quote 7 business days, however most orders ship the 1st or 2nd day. Orders that have shipped are unable to be canceled.

How quick are orders processed and shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped with USPS within about 7 business days from the time of billing. Most are much sooner.

What is your return policy?

If you choose to return and have attempted to cancel, then the items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging, unused and/or unworn. The Company will provide an RMA number for the return. Items returned without a valid RMA will be returned to sender. The Company reserves the right to implement a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the item and its condition when returned.
