Terms of Use Notice:

Shipping & Order Policy

All orders are processed and shipped with USPS within about 7 business days from the time of billing. Most are much sooner. You may cancel pending orders by phoning Cave Creek Mercantile at 480-488-8246 by phone during regular business hours. We quote 7 business days, however most orders ship the 1st or 2nd day. Orders that have shipped are unable to be canceled. If you choose to return and have attempted to cancel, then the items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging, unused and/or unworn.

The Company reserves the right to implement a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the item and its condition when returned.
